These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the K1 Pre-Order Shopify application (the "App") provided by Kundikoff Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing and using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

The App is designed to help Shopify merchants manage pre-orders on their online stores. You must be a registered Shopify merchant to use the App. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Fees and Payments

The App offers various pricing plans, including a Free plan and an Unlimited plan. Fees are billed through the Shopify billing system. By choosing a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan. We reserve the right to change our fees upon reasonable notice.

  • Free Plan: Includes a limited number of lifetime pre-orders.
  • Unlimited Plan: Includes a 7-day free trial followed by a monthly subscription fee.
  • Refunds: We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee for paid plans. Refunds are processed according to Shopify's standard policies.

3. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

We own all intellectual property rights in the App, including software, design, and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your Shopify store.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App in any way that harms Shopify, our brand, or other users.
  • Use the App to promote illegal products or services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kundikoff Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through the App interface.
